• Maintenance Coordinator

Maintenance Coordinator

The Cleveland Institute of Music is searching for a Maintenance Coordinator. This position is responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds in a manner compatible with the institutional objectives as well as in compliance with local, state and federal codes as applicable. This position has responsibilities dealing with building, equipment and utility system maintenance, custodial services, landscape and grounds maintenance, repairs, renovations and alterations, physical plant shop and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in building operations and maintenance, HVAC certification, experience in DDC energy management systems (preferably Bactalk), a basic knowledge of hot water closed loop heating systems and equipment, and have a valid driver license. Qualified candidate must also have the physical dexterity required for moving, standing, or walking for significant periods of time and the ability to lift 75 pounds. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 and may require additional hours and emergency calls.
