Executive Administrative Assistant

CIM is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the President, Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, and the Board of Trustees. Responsibilities include answering phones, managing calendars (i.e. scheduling appointments, lessons and meetings), coordinating travel arrangements, processing bills, maintaining files, mailings and handling correspondence, letter writing and project management. This position is also responsible for attending meetings which include the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Board and taking meeting minutes. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required as well as excellent computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. Candidate must be flexible, patient and able to interact with all levels of administration, trustees, students, parents, and members of outside organizations.
