Hosting an Event at CIM

If you are interested in hosting an event at CIM, the Institute does allow groups to rent its facilities. For specific details on how to bring the atmosphere and music of CIM to your event, please send an e-mail to Lori Wright, Director of Concerts & Events, or reach her by phone at (216) 791-5000 ext. 515.

Main Building Hours

Subject to change on concert evenings, during vacations, and when deemed necessary by the school administration, hours during the academic year are as follows:

  • Monday through Thursday, 7:15 am - l2:00 am
  • Friday, 7:15 am - 11:00 pm
  • Saturday, 7:45 am - 11:00 pm
  • Sunday, 11:00 am - 11:00 pm

Vacation building hours are published in advance of each vacation period, and daily building hours are included on the bi-weekly calendar which is posted on the bulletin boards.
