The Cleveland Museum of Art and gardens Credit: Diane Hansson/University Circle Incorporated.
|
CIM is in the heart of Cleveland's University Circle, an exciting concentration of museums, concert halls, parks, and universities. It is the hub of student and cultural life in Cleveland and we view it as our "Lincoln Center." If you come to study music at CIM you will be a few steps away from the beautiful Severance Hall, home of the Cleveland Orchestra. You will have free and immediate access to outstanding museums (and not have to tolerate overcrowded rooms) including the Cleveland Museum of Art and Museum of Natural History. You will have the dual advantage of a close-knit musical community in CIM and the wider student body of Case Western Reserve University, our partners in a joint music program. University Circle provides CIM students with the amenities of a world-class city in a tree lined, park setting.
