    CIM Opera Performance

Concerts are free, unless noted otherwise. Please check concert listings carefully. Seating for free concerts is generally on a first-come, first-served basis. Free seating passes will be distributed 30 minutes prior to selected concerts due to an anticipated capacity attendance.

Concert halls open 30 minutes before the concert is scheduled to begin.

All Concerts Begin Promptly at the Designated Time. To ensure the enjoyment of all our patrons, and in deference to the artists, latecomers are admitted into the auditorium only at the discretion of the head usher while a performance is in progress.

Concerts Are Performed in Kulas Hall. Concertgoers will be directed to the performance location upon arrival at CIM.

Free parking parking is available after 4 p.m. in University Circle Parking Lot No. 43 and behind the CIM Annex on Hazel Drive. The metered parking spaces on East Boulevard and Hazel Drive are not ticketed after 6 p.m.

Handicap Parking is available in the Lot 43 visitor lot across the street. A drop-off area in the front drive and ramp to the front entrance provides easy access for wheelchairs.

CIM maintains a smoke-free environment

Current Concert Information may be obtained by calling (216)791-5000 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

All programs and artists are subject to change without notice. In the event of a last-minute concert cancellation, every attempt will be made to inform the public via radio station WCLV 104.9 FM and the CIM web site: cim.edu.

Ticket Sales Information

Several concerts during the season are designated as ticketed events and are presented at a nominal cost. Seating is reserved for these concerts. Tickets are not required for free concerts unless otherwise indicated.

Ticket Office
The Ticket Office, located in Room 111, is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cash or checks made payable to the Cleveland Institute of Music. A $2 handling fee is charged for each transaction. Tickets are mailed up to one week prior to an event. After that, tickets are held at the door.

At the Door
Ticket sales in the Main Lobby of the Institute will begin one hour before the performance.

Handicapped Services
When ordering tickets, please indicate if your party includes a person in a wheelchair.

Groups
Groups are welcome! Please call the Concerts and Events Office, (216) 791-5000, ext. 311, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Lost Tickets
If you are unable to locate your tickets, the Ticket Office can provide you with duplicate tickets to be picked up the evening of the concert. Call the Ticket Office to make arrangements.

Ticket Exchange Policy
Tickets may be exchanged for other tickets to the same production, subject to availability. Exchanges must be made during business hours, not on performance nights. Original tickets must be returned before new tickets can be issued.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available from the Ticket Office, redeemable toward ticket purchases for any performance.

NO REFUNDS are possible unless the performance is cancelled.
