Distance Learning
Teaching is the focus. Technology is the means.
The Cleveland Institute of Music is a premiere provider of music instruction, interdisciplinary programs, professional development programs and community service. CIM distance learning programs inspire students of all ages and disciplines to engage, think and create.
Featured prominently are a number of activities designed for Pre-K through 12th grade schools. Included are a full array of programs and courses in music and a series of interdisciplinary units that address proficiency skills in science, math, language arts, and social studies.
Our newest endeavor is Cleveland Music Masters, a multi-media series that features CIM's world-class faculty working with the world's most talented students.
CIM distance learning programs are supported in part by The Cleveland Foundation, The George Gund Foundation, Key Foundation, Kulas Foundation, Martha Holden Jennings Foundation, Ohio eTech, OSCNet, and Internet2.
