CIM Annual Fund

The generosity of our donors enables CIM to continue providing the finest music education available. The Annual Fund supports CIM’s most crucial operating expenses. The ability to create and run successful programs as well as recruit and retain the best students and faculty ensures The Institute's position among the country’s leading music schools. Your Annual Fund gifts are used to:

• Provide scholarships to 97% of CIM's talented and deserving students.
• Provide students and the community easy and affordable access to CIM's exceptional resources. More than 1,700 young people and adults study at CIM in the Preparatory and Continuing Education Division each year.
• Support CIM's premier concert series, featuring over 400 student recitals, performances by the CIM Orchestra and Opera Theater, faculty recitals, visits by illustrious guest artists, family programs and more. Most concerts are presented free of charge thanks to the Annual Fund.
• Bring distance Learning and community outreach programs bring music to schools, hospitals, senior centers and other civic organizations.
• Provide necessary classroom and library resources
• Operate and maintain campus buildings and surroundings

The 2007-08 Annual Fund goal is $1.35 million. Your contribution maintains CIM as a vital educational and cultural resource for our community.
