Journals
Overview
Journals seek to share the current research in a given area among scholars. Usually sponsored by scholarly societies or educational institutions, journals provide in-depth discussion of a topic with extensive bibliographies. Articles may be peer-reviewed, approved by a committee of scholars before being published.
Uses
Journal articles provide detailed information about a specific topic. They are essential sources for any paper.
