Voice. B.M.E., Baldwin-Wallace Conservatory of Music; M.M., Cleveland Institute of Music. Voice teachers include Melvin Hakola, Eleanor Steber, Yi Kwai Sze, and George Vassos. Former Associate Professor of Voice, Oberlin College Conservatory of Music (1975-2003), including six years as department chair, two years as Director of Division of Vocal Studies, and one as Assistant to the Dean for Special Projects. Bass soloist, First Baptist Church, Cleveland Heights OH. Served as Northeast Ohio coordinator of the Leontyne Price Vocal Arts National Competition. Appointed to CIM faculty, 2003.
