Student Performers

CIM offers a referral service for individuals or organizations and businesses who would like to hire CIM students to perform.

Students at CIM perform at many weddings, parties, benefits and a wide variety of community functions.

If you are interested in hiring a CIM artist or artists to perform at your event, please indicate your preferences in the online form below. Your event will then be posted for view by CIM students. Artists will contact clients using the information listed on the form. CIM cannot guarantee that a request is filled, as placement is based on student availability, transportation, etc. Requests submitted on a Friday will not be posted until the following Monday.

From May 19 to August 25, CIM students will be on Summer break. Please allow additional time for response and note there will be limited availability.

Arrangements are made directly with the artist, who can offer advice on musical selections or sometimes take special requests if given enough time to prepare.

Upcoming Performances

CIM offers more than 400 concerts a year, most are free of charge.

The CIM Concert Series features faculty recitals, the CIM Orchestra and CIM Opera Theater, Mixon Hall Masters Series and other concerts showcasing students, faculty and guest artists. Student recitals are plentiful and also presented free of charge.
