When you give to CIM, you help produce new musical talent for the world's leading orchestras and opera companies. You help create a new generation of outstanding teachers and performers. You help stimulate the love and understanding of music worldwide. You help make dreams come true.

Over 98% of CIM's conservatory students receive scholarship support which comes from unrestricted annual giving (Annual Fund), endowed scholarships and foundations. In 2012-13, CIM awarded more than $8 million in scholarship support and even more is needed to fully match the financial needs of every student. [See what scholarship means to our students]

Impacts Northeast Ohio's Classical Musical Scene

CIM also plays a strong role in our community. Each year, CIM provides over 300 concerts/recitals to the general public free of charge, making it the largest provider of live classical music performance in Northeast Ohio. CIM students also perform at local schools, hospitals and senior centers.

Impacts Students from Across the Region and Around the World

CIM plays a strong role in the world. Our Distance Learning program allows students from around the world to participate in classes by CIM faculty and for CIM students to receive instruction from teachers across the globe.
