Introduction

As a professional vocalist and pedagogue, Jennifer Call is focused on building voices and community through the practice of healthy singing paired with inspiring and artistic performance. Call is voice department chair and conductor of preparatory choirs at the Cleveland Institute of Music Preparatory and Continuing Education Division. Students and choirs thrive with her passionate and positive teaching methods, achieving sensitive performance throughout all stages of vocal development.

Ensembles under Call’s direction have performed nationally and internationally. She is a frequently requested conductor and clinician for honor choirs, choral clinics and teacher training workshops around the nation. As an advocate for life-long singing, she is devoted to the study and practice of healthy vocal technique – combining her skills as conductor, voice teacher and performer in both the private studio and choral rehearsal room.
