Introduction

Richard King joined The Cleveland Orchestra in 1988 at age 20 as associate principal horn. He served as principal horn from 1997 to 2015 and now sits as fourth horn. An active chamber musician and recitalist, King performs frequently as a guest at summer festivals and as a member of the Center City Brass Quintet since 1985.
