Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator works as part of the development team to provide administrative and project support to achieve the fundraising goals of the Cleveland Institute of Music. This position is responsible for assisting with processing of gifts, coordinating the development and processing of grants, providing staff support to the Women’s Committee Board Chair and members of the Board, assisting with development programs and projects as needed and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of related experience, the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize, excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of constituencies, a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge.

An Associate's degree is required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
