Data and Donor Services Manager
The Data and Donor Services Manager is an important member of the development team, supporting dynamic, comprehensive funding programs with a range of philanthropic partners. The position is responsible for planning and managing a system of data and gift processing, preparing financial and donor reports, maintaining donor records, generating prospect profiles, generating mail and email lists, maintaining internal constituency lists (student, alumni, faculty, staff, board and other volunteers) and developing and recording protocols for data input and reporting. In conjunction with the IT Department, the position coordinates with all other departments at CIM in terms of data collection and data generation for the Raiser's Edge database. Data analysis and reporting, the ability to meet deadlines, communication skills, flexibility, multi-tasking and project management, as well as attention to detail, are essential elements for success. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience, as well as experience in database management, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge preferred.
