Fall Aid is Now Disbursed
Fall aid has now officially disbursed to student fall billing statements. This replaces the "anticipated aid" listed previously. Other than students with incomplete aid files or outside/private scholarship checks that have not yet been received at CIM, all aid should now disbursed and appear in the "credits" section of your billing statement. Be sure to log into your Self Service account to view the updated bills for fall. Students will now see a new "Disbursements" screen on NetPartner to detail disbursed and scheduled aid by semester.
All student and parent loan borrowers will receive a Loan Disbursement Disclosure Statement email from the Financial Aid Office this week. Borrowers will have 14 days from the date of that email to reduce or cancel a loan, if they wish. Direct Loan borrowers will also receive additional disclosure correspondence from their Direct Loan Servicer in the coming weeks. Students with pending credit balance refunds will receive a mailbox note from the Business Office when the refund check is ready to be picked up; schools have 14 days from the official disbursement date to issue credit balance refund checks, though they may be available sooner.
