  • Cleveland International Music Festival - Faculty Recital

    The 1st Cleveland International Music Festival will be held from July 29th, 2016 to August 6th, 2016 in Cleveland, Ohio. World-famous music maestros and eminent music educators will offer young pianists, string players and singers individual professional instruction. Cleveland is a city with abundant musical resources, and the Cleveland International Music Festival, with professionalism and precision, aim to cultivate CIMF as one of the most influential music festivals internationally.

  • Cleveland International Piano Competition

    Master Class

    Members of the competition jury present master classes for gifted local piano students.

Conductor, CIM Youth String Camerata,is a violist who is nationally recognized for solo and chamber music performances. Called "a violist with a full singing tone, delicacy, grace and instrumental command" by The Plain Dealer, her background includes a distinguished career as a chamber music player, soloist and teacher. She has performed in concert halls in the United States and Canada including the Kennedy Center and Blossom Music Center. A graduate of Bryn Mawr College, she received her professional training in Philadelphia as a student of Max Aronoff at The New School of Music. Her studies also include work with William Lincer, Joseph Fuchs and Donald McInnes. Having served on the artist faculty at Wittenberg University and Baldwin-Wallace College in past years, she has taught most recently at Kent State University and has been a member of the artist faculty of the Kent/Blossom Summer Music Festival. Ms. Ferritto is a member of Chamber Music America and has served as a panelist at national conferences in recent years, as well as consultant for the National Endowment for the Arts Rural Residencies Program initiative. She has served as clinician and adjudicator for OMEA and ASTA and is on the Young Artists Competition Advisory Board for the National Federation of Music Clubs. She has served on the finals jury of the Sphinx Competition for Young Black and Latino String Players as well as a review panelist for Chamber Music America/National Endowment Awards. She is recorded on Crystal records.
