Curious about music?

Through CIM's Youth Program, serving students through 5th grade, we encourage creative exploration and expression and offer rich learning experiences through lessons, age-appropriate musicianship classes and ensemble experience. The CIM faculty provide a nurturing environment for children to explore music and sound, collaborate with others and develop their communication and social skills.

We are no longer accepting applications for Fall 2022. Please click "Apply Now" to apply for entry into the Youth Program in January 2023!

Students in the Youth Program benefit from:

  • Private lessons with faculty who create a warm, nurturing learning environment tailored for each student
  • Choir participation with other students of the same age and skill level that focuses on the fundamentals of ear training
  • Musicianship classes that encourage exploration and discovery

Tuition and Aid

At CIM, we believe every admitted student should be able to participate in our programming, which is why we are committed to creating a more accessible pathway for families to join our community. We have need- or merit-based scholarship assistance available. After you submit the application to the Youth Program, you will be provided financial aid information, including how to apply for scholarships, within the application portal. We look forward to discussing financial aid options and welcoming you to the Youth Program community. Connect with us to learn more about scholarships.
