Musicians flourish when they play together and gain from the experience of others. Participation not only strengthens the individual student, but students improve their performance levels in their school band program. CIM ensembles are available to young people in Northeast Ohio whether or not they study privately at the Institute.
New Orchestra Director
We are pleased to announce that Brian Thornton will be the new conductor of the Beginning Orchestra and Preparatory Orchestra for the 2015-2016 school year. The orchestras will begin again with placement auditions on Saturday, August 29 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. The first full rehearsal for each group will commence on Saturday, September 5, 2015. Please see schedules below.
