Jennifer Call has spent her professional career as a teacher and conductor focused on building voices and community through the practice of healthy singing pedagogy paired with inspiring and high-quality repertoire selection. Call is the conductor of Preparatory Choirs and voice department chair at the Cleveland Institute of Music Preparatory and Continuing Education Division and adjunct professor of music at the College of Wooster where she teaches voice, choral conducting and conducts Wooster Singers.

Ensembles under Call’s direction have performed nationally and internationally. She is a frequently requested conductor and clinician for honor choirs, choral clinics and teacher training workshops around the nation. As an advocate for life-long singing, she is devoted to the study and practice of healthy vocal technique – combining her skills as conductor and voice teacher in both the private studio and choral rehearsal room.
