From 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., CIM will offer dynamic and interactive eurhythmics demonstrations, led by instructor Graham Rosen.

Additionally, CIM Academy student and faculty performers will be in attendance throughout Parade the Circle, with a short violin performance around 11 a.m. and a saxophone performance around 1:30 p.m.

The Academy at the Cleveland Institute of Music is a comprehensive program for students who are ready to advance their skills, further their love of music and connect with like-minded peers. The Academy provides a holistic classical music education in a creative and collaborative environment for pre-kindergarten through high school students whose unique talents, perspectives and love for music are nurtured and supported by exceptional instruction within an encouraging community.

Instructors, staff and families involved in the Academy, which provides classical music education for pre-kindergarten through high school students, will be available to share more about the Academy.

The Cleveland Museum of Art’s Parade the Circle begins at noon, featuring vibrant and imaginative costumes, towering puppets, floats, and intricately crafted masks.

This year’s theme, “Momentum,” is inspired by the CMA’s special exhibition, American Printed Silks, 1927-1947, along with the lived experience of lead artist Héctor Castellanos Lara, and the legacy and evolution of the creative community.
