Dido and Aeneas

Henry Purcell’s 17th century masterpiece of love found and love lost, reimagined in a dystopian future where the internet knows – and manipulates – all. Principal photography took place on location at the abandoned Westinghouse Factory. Directed by Eric Vaughan of Akron’s Red Point Digital with sound by GRAMMY Award winning engineer Alan Bise (BM ’94, Knab). The screening will also feature a panel discussion with the creative team and select cast members.

Additional screenings to be announced.

Funded in part by a grant from the John P. Murphy Foundation.
