FAQs

When is the box office open?

The Box Office is open from 10am-3pm Monday-Friday. Our online sales are available 24/7 at cim.edu/events.

*These hours are subject to change.

Is accessible seating available?

At CIM, we are committed to making our concerts and events accessible to all patrons. To help you have the best concert experience, please reach out to Emily Stack by emailing emily.stack@cim.edu or calling 216.791.6770 to request accessible seating or inquire about our facilities.

Does CIM mail tickets?

We only mail our opera tickets. There is no fee for mailing, and we stop mailing tickets a week from the performance. You also have the option to leave your tickets at will-call.

What is Will-Call?

Will-call is when you chose to leave your tickets in the hands of the Box Office, and come and pick them up before the concert that evening. Seating pass reservations are automatically sent to will-call. Opera tickets have the option of being mailed.

Will-call opens one hour prior to the concert start time. At this time patrons can pick up their tickets, or buy tickets at the door. Please note that phone calls will not be answered during this time.

Does CIM give refunds?

All sales are final. If you cannot attend a concert, please call the Box Office and they can send you a letter for a tax deductible donation for the ticket price.

Can I exchange my opera tickets?

Yes! Provided we have 48 hours’ notice, you can call the Box Office and exchange seats for another night of the same opera. Please note that the same seats are not guaranteed.

What if I lost my tickets?

Please call Emily Stack at 216.791.6770 if you have lost your tickets.

Does CIM have a dress code?

Please wear whatever you are comfortable in.
