Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available. Detailed information about our assistance programs can be found below.

Musical Pathway Fellowship

The Musical Pathway Fellowship (MPF)—sponsored by the Paul M. Angell Family Foundation, Cleveland Foundation, The George Gund Foundation and KeyBank Foundation—is designed for Black and Latinx students entering grades 1-12. Fellows and Apprentices receive significant scholarship support to attend the Academy.

In addition to the Academy curriculum, MPF students meet regularly with mentors and program leaders to set goals and provide feedback. To develop the musical talents of participating students, ongoing support through workshops, master classes and mentorship are offered.

By applying to the Academy, you are automatically eligible to audition for the fellowship. Want to learn more? Discover the perks of being an MPF student.

Financial Aid

Financial aid will be awarded based on a combination of both need and merit, with the primary emphasis being on demonstrated need. Need-based aid is based on your family's financial information while merit aid is based on the student's potential, including their application and audition.

After you submit your application, you will be provided information on how to apply for financial aid within the application portal.

Families with two or more students enrolled in the Academy will receive a 10% discount on each student's remaining tuition after aid. Discount does not apply to fees. Connect with us to learn more!
