Experience the joy of making music at Music FUNdamentals: CIM's Academy Day Camp! Creative immersion in listening, responding, and playing! Students entering grades 2-6 will explore composition, improvisation, and core musicianship through engaging and fun activities. Prior knowledge is not required, children only need to bring their creativity and energy. Each day will include choir, movement-based eurhythmics, composition, outside activities, special guest performances and more.  

Music FUNdamentals will be held at CIM's University Circle location July 29 - August 2, 2024 and will include: 

  • 5 days of music classes in choir, eurhythmics, music composition. 
  • Drop-off at 8:30am and pick-up at 4:00pm 
    • Extended care beginning at 8:00am and extending to 5:30pm is available for an additional fee
  • Final public demonstration on August 2 
  • Each student enrolled will receive a Music FUNdamentals t-shirt 
  • Daily snack is provided, but students should bring a sack lunch 

Tuition & Fees

Tuition: $350
Extended Care: $50 (optional)

Deposit: $150 non-refundable enrollment deposit is due upon registration.

Applicants are required to submit CIM's online application and the registration fee. Families only have to fill out one application - up to 5 children can be added to the form!
